Splash Laced Red Wyandotte Chicken

A truly American breed the Wyandotte chicken was developed in the 1870s. The Splash Laced Red Wyandottes are beautiful chickens that have a laced color pattern which is mahogany/red in color with light grey around the edge of every feather. Their personality and intelligence makes them a great pet! They're also good for eggs and/or meat.

They will on occasion go broody and they make excellent mothers. They work well in confinement or free range and are a great back yard chicken.
